Our cruises depart from the docks at 1101 10th St., Sarasota, with convenient access for guests staying near Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key, and Longboat Key.

What should we bring on board?

Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and anything else you'd want for time on the water. Barefoot Tiki is BYOB and guests are welcome to bring their favorite beverages and snacks.

Is Barefoot Tiki USCG Certified?

Yes, as is required for any vessel carrying more than 6 passengers, our tiki boat is certified by the USCG and is equipped with all necessary safety equipment.

How many passengers can the boat hold?

Our custom tiki boat is USCG approved for up to 16 passengers.

Will we see dolphins?

Sarasota Bay is home to many dolphins, and depending on the time of day and conditions, there is a very good chance you will see them.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Guests receive a full refund or credit for another tour if cancelled 5 days prior to the scheduled tour. If the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.

Can we bring alcohol on our bachelorette boat charter?
- Yes, Barefoot Tiki Tours is BYOB, and guests 21 and older may bring their favorite alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The boat has three coolers, and ice and bottled water are provided.
How many people can we bring?
- Barefoot Tiki’s USCG-certified passenger vessel accommodates groups of up to 16 passengers, making it particularly well suited to larger Sarasota and Siesta Key bachelorette parties.
Is the boat private for our bachelorette group?
- Yes, your private charter will be dedicated to your group to enjoy the entire boat.
Can we swim and visit a sandbar?
- Yes, there are a number of fantastic sandbars where we can drop the anchor and you and your group can experience the crystal clear waters of Sarasota Bay

How Much does a private bachelorette boat charter cost?
- Private charters start at $750 for the entire boat, which works out to less than $47 per person for a group of 16. Pricing varies by charter length and experience.
How far in advance should we book?
- Peak season and weekend dates typically book up quickly, so it is recommended that groups such as bachelorettes reserve their date as soon as they book the rest of their travel plans

Barefoot Tiki Tours offers private bachelorette boat charters for groups of up to 16 passengers, with sandbar stops, swimming, dolphin spotting and plenty of time to celebrate on Sarasota Bay. Our USCG-certified passenger vessel includes an onboard restroom and is BYOB, making it particularly well suited for larger bride tribes looking for a private day on the water.

Temperatures vary throughout the year and we help create the perfect charter, regardless of the season.

December – mid-February can range from the 60’s-70’s with water temperatures being a bit brisk. Mid-February – April is known as peak season in the Sarasota area when the weather gets warm and the crowds gather. This is when we see the water temperatures get warmer and activity at the sandbars increase.

May-June is less busy as “Snowbird Season” is over and the temperatures are perfect.

July-August is hot and humid, which is the perfect time to hit the water. Rain showers are a daily occurrence but move quickly so it doesn’t spoil the fun.

September – October is warm with fewer crowds.

November-December the temperature is getting a bit cooler, though still very nice.

Our pick up location is conveniently located directly across from Publix, so many groups pick up their provisions, including wine, High Noons, Sun Cruisers, Beer, Pub-Subs and other snacks to enjoy on their journey.

Sample Itineraries – 3-4 Hour Charter – Watch for dolphins, manatee and other wildlife as we head to one of the sandbars. Drop anchor and enjoy a 2-3 hour sandbar visit where you and your bride tribe can relax, float around, enjoy your favorite beverages and line up on our vintage water ski shotski. You can also choose to visit more than one sandbar, or explore a pristine sugar sand beach. Whatever the bride-to-be wants to do.

By now, the crew might be getting a bit hungry, so we can head over to O’Leary’s Tiki Bar to grab a bite and one of their famous Rum Runners.

The fun doesn’t stop after your charter, Siesta Key Village and nearby Sarasota have many bars and restaurants close by so you can keep the party going.
